Convenio de reclutamiento y scouting con municipios, bolsas de empleo y centros técnicos

Realización de entrevistas para evaluar las habilidades y competencias de los candidatos.

Solicitud de referencias laborales para verificar la experiencia y desempeño anterior de los candidatos.

Aplicación de evaluaciones para la compatibilidad del candidato con el perfil del puesto.

Armado de expedientes completos para cada ingreso.

Diseño de Onboarding y seguimiento en piso para asegurar retención.

Qualifications and skills
Cualificaciones

2 años de experiencia en reclutamiento operativo

Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación

Habilidades de negociación efectivas

Uso y manejo de Microsoft

Familiaridad con sitios web de búsqueda de empleo

Escolaridad superior en Administración, Psicología o Afin
