Job Description

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting activities for the Rolling Stock business.

Analyze financial performance, identify trends and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.

Partner with manufacturing and operational teams to drive cost efficiency and performance improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, government reporting requirements, and corporate financial policies.

Support financial planning, capital budgeting, risk assessment, and financial modeling for business planning and forecasting.

Monitor daily financial performance, review and approve financial transactions, and support expense planning processes.

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

Education/Skills/Knowledge:

Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or similar

English language

Office, ERP for manufacturing processes

Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ability to interpret financial statements, analyze business performance, and assess financial risks.

Experience developing financial models, scenario analysis, and performance projections.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate financial insights to management.
