Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist- 1st Shift (Remote)

What You Will Do:
Acts as the subject matter expert in the hiring process, liaising between candidates and hiring managers to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Proactively develop strategic relationships and engagement strategies with universities and technical networks.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for the hiring manager.
Interview and screen applicants for technical competence, background, and fit.
Ensure compliance with legal aspects of the hiring process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to fill positions in a timely manner.
Work remotely with occasional travel to the Avionics plant as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have:




Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
Advanced English communication skills.
Experience managing Recruiting or HR systems.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Strong communication skills in English; experience with high-volume hiring and workforce planning.
Experience driving recruiting process improvements and using recruiting metrics.
