Description
We are looking for a Media Manager to join our Marketing team and take ownership of media planning and execution across Mexico and Central America .
The role will have a strong focus on upper- and mid-funnel media , developing solutions that build brand awareness, consideration, and ultimately contribute to business growth. You will work across both online and offline media channels , identifying the right media mix to effectively reach our audiences across the region.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage the full media process — from translating marketing objectives into media strategies and plans to campaign execution, optimization, performance analysis and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end media planning and buying for Mexico and Central America , in line with regional business and marketing priorities.
- Develop upper- and mid-funnel media strategies aimed at driving reach, awareness, consideration and business impact.




- Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into effective cross-channel media plans .
- Define the optimal media mix across online and offline channels , based on campaign objectives, audience, market specifics and available budget.
- Independently manage media projects from initial planning through campaign launch, optimization and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate campaign execution with media agencies, platforms, vendors and internal marketing teams across the region.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
- Evaluate both media and business results , turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare clear campaign reports and presentations, explaining not only what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next .
