missions :
General Overview of the Job:
The FP&A; & Business Controlling Specialist will support financial planning, performance analysis and business decision-making across the organization.
Reporting to the Local CFO, this role will partner with Finance and business leaders to provide reliable financial insights, identify risks and opportunities, and support key financial cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, closing and business reviews.

Essential Functions:
- Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes.
- Analyze financial performance versus targets, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Prepare management reports covering sales, profitability, Operating Profit (ROP), Working Capital Ratio (WCR) and other key indicators.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to the Business Unit
