Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining stability and performance of the B2B system and all its components.

• Actively manage the performance of the EDI Sterling environment, including capacity planning and tuning.

• Support B2B communication and protocols including SFTP, AS2, and OFTP2.

• Responsible for creating best practices for Sterling B2B Integrator with supporting documentation and standard operating procedures.

• Participate in remediation of EDI Sterling B2B incidents and events.



Provide 24 x 7 on-call rotational support including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

• Work closely with other teams to remediate all EDI B2B issues, i.e. (server, network, database, etc.)

• As a member of the EDI team you will work on prioritized incidents, enhancements, projects, code deployments, application upgrades, and performance testing support.

• Will participate in the IT Change Management process to schedule and support EDI related changes.

• Provide support for new projects affecting the EDI Sterling B2B Integrator landscape.

• Engage and interface directly with IBM as required for product support/questions.

• Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience directly related and progressively responsible experience
