Johnson & Johnson seeks a Healthcare Compliance Officer for DePuy Synthes in Mexico City to lead compliance strategy, manage regulatory risks, and promote ethical business practices across the orthopedics business. The role partners with country leadership, legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to healthcare laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute healthcare compliance strategies aligned with integral and regional priorities
Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks related to commercial and operational activities
Provide guidance to business leaders on healthcare compliance requirements and ethical decision-making
Oversee compliance programs including training, monitoring, and risk assessments across Mexico
Partner with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders on investigations,



audits, and regulator interactions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Finance, or Healthcare Administration
8-10 years progressive experience in healthcare compliance, legal, risk management, or audit
Working knowledge of healthcare compliance laws and regulations applicable in Mexico
Strong analytical and judgment skills with ability to identify and escalate risks
Fluency in English and Spanish
Experience supporting commercial or country-level compliance programs in regulated industries
Ability to work independently within matrixed organizations
