Your Mission:As our Social Media & PR powerhouse, you’ll take full ownership of how Reality Games shows up in the world — from integral campaigns to day-to-day storytelling. You’ll shape our brand voice, ignite conversations across communities, and turn creative ideas into measurable impact.
You will:
- Lead and execute a cutting-edge social media strategy across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond).
- Create high-performing, trend-driven content — videos, reels, posts, infographics, and stories that build engagement and loyalty.




- Elevate the brand’s public presence, managing strategic relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
- Craft and deliver PR narratives that position Reality Games as an innovator in the global gaming space.
- Track performance and drive results through sharp KPI analysis, insights, and optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence.

You are:
- A strategic storyteller with 3+ years of experience in social media and PR (gaming, tech, or entertainment preferred).
- A creative leader who knows how to translate ideas into share-worthy content and campaigns.
