The patient population is primarily women.Position OverviewWe are seeking a confident, results-driven Customer Sales Representative to conduct scheduled 15-minute discovery calls with prospective patients.This role is critical to practice growth.
Your primary objective is to convert qualified prospects into booked initial consultations with a medical provider.This is a part-time role based on appointment volume/bookings.Fluent, natural-sounding English is required.
The candidate must sound credible, professional, and fully integrated with the practice.Key Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled 15-minute discovery calls with prospective patients- Build rapport quickly and create a warm, trustworthy experience- Identify patient concerns, goals, and readiness- Clearly explain the practice model, assessment process,
