Job DescriptionThis role is key to driving business growth in Mexico, supporting the Regional Business Generation team and aligning with Turner & Townsend's general strategy, brand ambition, and values.
The position combines strategic marketing, client development, and bid management, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities and increased win rates.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Generation & MarketingSupport and co-develop key client account plans alongside Country leadership and Key Account ManagersContribute to new client pursuit strategies and sector expansion initiativesConduct market and client research, translating insights into actionable business opportunitiesMaintain and enhance marketing materials (case studies, capability statements, presentations)Client & Account ManagementCoordinate and support client meetings and presentationsDrive client care programs and ensure feedback is captured and leveragedChallenge account strategies to identify new revenue streams and strengthen client relationshipsBid & Proposal ManagementSupport and coordinate bid processes following "Bid to Win" methodologyPrepare and review non-technical proposals, ensuring brand consistency and quality standardsTrack and follow up on bids to improve conversion rates and outcomesReporting & InsightsPrepare monthly Business Generation reports,



including key wins and pipeline updatesSupport leadership reporting for management and board meetingsEnsure data and insights are effectively used to inform decision-makingKey OutcomesIncreased win rate and pipeline qualityStronger client relationships and brand positioningExpansion into new clients and market sectorsEnhanced data-driven decision-making and reportingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field+3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or similar rolesExperience in consulting, construction, or project management environments (preferred)Fluency in English and SpanishStrong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
