Idóneo Start Date: Immediately Location: Remote Hours of Work: ***** hours/week Status: Full-time position Compensation: $14-$18/hr After applying, please keep an eye on your email (including spam/junk folders), as some of our messages may land there.
Who We Are ProfitCoach was founded on core Christian values that still guide us as we grow and continue to pursue excellence as property management thought leaders.
Our team thrives in a completely remote work environment through high productivity.
MISSION OF THE ROLE Keeping it simple, the person for this position MUST have BOTH of the following: • Property management operations experience (ops management; implementing, coordinating, or improving processes across leasing, resident services, or maintenance) AND/OR a high degree of technical capability (building automations, workflows, or CRM systems) • AND the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English with clients If you have both of these, we would love to hear from you.
More details are provided below.
This role is: Hands-on and client-facing.
The core challenge is turning how a property management company actually operates into processes that run reliably in its software, then walking clients through them with confidence.
You'll thrive here if you enjoy both building the solution and explaining it.
This role is not: A solo, build-it-your-own-way job.
If you get energized by making proven tools do more, rather than starting from scratch on your own, you'll fit right in.
And if your background is purely accounting, or you'd rather build without talking to clients, this likely isn't the right fit.
