At Arrow, our Marketing or 3 years of related experience and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
Previous project management experience within a marketing agency, internal shared service, Center of Excellence or demand center environment.
Demonstrable experience managing campaign intake, project schedules, resource capacity, budgets, suppliers and delivery risks.
Strong understanding of marketing channel effectiveness and channel mix across online and offline tactics.
Experience working with project or work management platforms and producing operational, capacity and financial reporting.
Strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional and matrixed teams with minimal supervision.
