Key job responsibilities Amazon's Operations team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated recent graduate to work on the management of daily inventory control, quality assurance and capacity activities for our Warehouse.
Inventory control and quality assurance activities play a critical role in leading best Stow and Picking practices,



and capacity management inside the Warehouse and thereby has direct impact on Amazon's ability to serve customers on time.
A day in the life This role is fully onsite and requires flexibility to work and rotate shifts: weekends, holidays, and/or overnight shifts, and Ability to work overtime both in peak season and as needed.
Key job responsibilities Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing Analyze and implement corrective actions to make sure quality and productivity are at consistently high levels, and business objectives are met across all shifts Support and lead a team and handle administrative work alongside building and supporting a strong team culture Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service Promote best practice and continuous process improvements across your team in areas like health and safety and productivity Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma - Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays.
