The Product Manager, Product & Manufacturing Integration serves as a key product management leader supporting product lines and projects owned by other Product Managers and Product Directors across the business. While this role does not have direct ownership of a product line strategy, roadmap, or P&L;, it is responsible for executing core product management activities that enable growth, operational excellence, product lifecycle management, and successful new product introductions.
Located within the Ensenada manufacturing facility, this role acts as the primary product management representative for local operations and serves as a critical link between US-based product teams and plant-based functions including Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Experience, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Execute product strategies across the entire lifecycle (launches, line extensions, sustaining engineering, and discontinuations). Analyze commercial, financial,



and quality data to build strong business cases and optimize product performance.
Manufacturing & Operations Partnership: Serve as the local product expert bridging Product Management and Operations. Leverage Voice of Customer/Manufacturing (VoC/VoM) and warranty data to lead VA/VE cost-reduction projects and drive quality and delivery improvements.
New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead product readiness and commercial alignment during manufacturing launches, participating in stage-gate reviews and mitigating operational risks to ensure timely execution against customer specs and business goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, or related business functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages.
