This role combines deep technical expertise with consulting and customer-facing leadership, helping organizations maximize the value of Microsoft 365 and Teams.
What You'll Do ✅ Serve as a trusted advisor across Microsoft Teams, Modern Work, Identity, Security, and Collaboration Solutions ✅ Lead customer workshops, technical assessments, architecture reviews,



and knowledge-transfer sessions ✅ Evaluate platform health, configuration, governance, security posture, resiliency, performance, and operational readiness ✅ Troubleshoot complex Microsoft Teams and Unified Communications challenges using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis ✅ Develop prioritized remediation and modernization roadmaps aligned to business and technical objectives ✅ Support migrations, deployments, adoption programs, service optimization, and lifecycle management initiatives ✅ Collaborate with engineering, security, delivery, networking, and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
