TCS is seeking an experienced BPM/Business Process Manager (Lead 1 / Lead 2) to support enterprise transformation, technology delivery, and operational excellence within a general financial services environment.
The BPM/Business Process Manager (Lead 1 / Lead 2) will lead enterprise-wide process transformation and operational improvement initiatives. The role focuses on driving end-to-end business transformation, process optimization, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of strategic programs within Asset Management and Financial Services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple process transformation and optimization workstreams.
- Define and execute program strategies, roadmaps, and improvement initiatives.
- Design future-state processes and drive end-to-end process re-engineering.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Partner with business and technology teams to implement process and technology solutions.
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
- Manage risks, dependencies, governance,



and executive communications.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Process Transformation, BPM, or Operations Consulting.
- Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), process re-engineering, and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to drive business process optimization using KPIs and metrics.
- Experience gathering and prioritizing business requirements and user stories.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery and Change Management methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
