We are currently looking for a Licensing Lead to join our team and contribute to our international growth strategy.

Position Purpose
Lead the strategic, financial, and technical evaluation of business opportunities, including licensing agreements and strategic partnerships. This role supports executive decision-making through financial modeling, due diligence, market analysis, and investment committee materials.
The Licensing Lead will also contribute to the development and prioritization of the strategic opportunity pipeline, collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful evaluation, negotiation, and execution of projects aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities




• Lead licensing negotiations and support deal structuring activities.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in business development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, forecasts, and ROI scenarios for licensing opportunities.
• Lead technical and analytical due diligence activities related to licensing, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare investment committee presentations, valuation summaries, executive reports, and investment memoranda.
• Conduct strategic assessments and build investment theses for new business areas and portfolio expansion opportunities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Medical-Biological Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Advanced/Fluent English (required).

Experience
• 3+ years of experience in roles such as Senior Intern
