We’re looking for an experienced Level 2 IT Technician who is fully fluent in both French and English to join an established technical support team.

? Location: Latin America
? Work Model: 100% Remote
? Schedule: Full-Time
? Contract Type: Contractor Agreement
? Payment: In US Dollars (USD)
?️ Languages: Fluent French & English (written and spoken)

? What You’ll Do:
• Provide Level 2 IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
• Manage support tickets, document resolutions, and escalate issues when needed.
• Work with Autotask/Datto and support day-to-day IT operations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver effective, timely solutions.

✅ What We’re Looking For:




• Professional experience in Level 2 IT Support or a similar technical role.
• Full professional fluency in both French and English.
• Experience working in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Autotask and/or Datto is a strong plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and ticket management skills.
