Sustain Media is a local SEO and Google Ads agency built only for home service businesses: roofers, plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, landscapers, restoration companies, and auto shops. Most of our clients are owner-operated businesses doing $2M to $10M a year. Our job is simple: more calls and more booked jobs.

We're hiring a founding Google Ads Strategist to manage accounts and help us build a Google Ads division that runs on AI far more than any agency we compete with.

What makes this role different
We already use AI agents for a lot of the repetitive work most agencies still do by hand: search term mining, campaign audits, performance checks, and reporting data pulls. We want to take that much further, and we need someone who knows Google Ads well enough to show us where.

You'll work side by side with our AI systems team to build the systems behind your accounts. You know where the time goes and where mistakes happen,



so you'll help decide what gets automated next. The more we build together, the more of your week goes to strategy.

The most important part of that strategy is attribution. You'll set up and build out attribution systems for every client, connecting ad spend to calls, leads, and the jobs they actually book. That's how we know our campaigns are adding booked work for the business, beyond what Google Ads reports as leads. This work happens behind the scenes. It isn't client-facing.

This is a founding role. You'll help decide how our Google Ads division works, which systems it runs on, and what the strategists who join after you inherit.

What you'll own
• Your own book of clients. You'll own roughly 20 to 25 accounts end to end, working alongside another PPC specialist who manages a separate book.
