We are looking for an experienced Intake Specialist to speak with people involved in motor vehicle accidents, screen potential personal injury claims, collect accurate information, and guide qualified claimants through completing intake documents and signing a law firm’s retainer agreement.
Exceptional spoken and written English and extensive phone experience are required. Experience handling intake for a personal injury law firm or motor vehicle accident lead vendor is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from motor vehicle accident claimants.
• Build rapport, listen carefully, and communicate with empathy and professionalism.
• Screen claimants using established qualification criteria and intake scripts.
• Collect and verify contact information, accident details, accident date and location, fault, injuries, medical treatment, insurance information, and whether the claimant already has an attorney.
• Ask thoughtful follow-up questions to clarify incomplete or inconsistent information.




• Guide claimants through completing HIPAA authorization forms and other required intake documents.
• Help qualified claimants complete and electronically sign the designated law firm’s retainer agreement.
• Follow up with claimants to obtain missing information and incomplete documents.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, detailed call notes, and clear intake statuses.
• Coordinate handoffs to the appropriate law firm or intake team.
• Follow approved procedures, protect confidential information, and direct legal questions to the law firm.

Required Qualifications
• Exceptional verbal English, with clear speech and the ability to hold natural, professional conversations with U.S. claimants.
• Excellent written English for call notes, emails, text messages, and intake summaries.
• Substantial experience conducting phone-based intake, screening, interviewing, or similar information-gathering work.
