About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive – New Business to lead the acquisition of new clients and drive revenue growth.

This is a true hunter role for an experienced sales professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, opening doors, building strategic relationships, and closing complex commercial deals. The adecuado candidate has a strong B2B sales background, excellent business acumen, and the ability to communicate confidently in both English and Spanish.

Advanced English proficiency is mandatory, as this role requires frequent communication and presentations with international stakeholders and/or clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the full new-business sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and closing.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within target industries and accounts.
• Build and execute strategic account plans to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.




• Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospects’ business challenges, priorities, and decision-making processes.
• Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
• Develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level executives and key business stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate internal teams to deliver successful proposals and client solutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline activity, forecasts, and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
