Requirements

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced English level (spoken and written)
• Availability to work full-time and on-site at Balcones Coloniales, Querétaro
• Experience in customer service or call center roles is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• A problem-solver mindset and a genuine desire to help people
• Comfort with multitasking and using digital tools or CRM systems
