We’re looking for an analytical, entrepreneurial professional to work directly with our leadership team to identify, develop, and execute initiatives that accelerate business growth and improve operational efficiency.

This role combines strategy, analysis, and hands-on execution. You will turn ambiguous business questions into clear recommendations, align stakeholders, and drive projects through implementation and measurable results.

What you’ll do

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across new markets, customer segments, products, services, and partnerships.
• Analyze commercial and operational data to uncover opportunities and inform decisions.
• Develop business cases and financial models to prioritize initiatives based on potential impact, feasibility, and investment requirements.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, and success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, align internal and external stakeholders, and resolve obstacles to execution.
• Identify and implement improvements that increase productivity,



reduce costs, or strengthen business processes.
• Track results and adjust initiatives based on performance and lessons learned.

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor’s degree from a leading university, with a strong academic record.
• Fluent English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant experience in management consulting, a fast-growing startup, strategy and operations, business development, or a similarly demanding environment.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data, structuring complex problems, and translating findings into practical business recommendations.
• A track record of aligning stakeholders and implementing projects with measurable outcomes.
• Commercial judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to move between strategic thinking and detailed execution.
