We are looking for a Manager, Digital & Data to bridge business processes and technology, ensuring that digital platforms, data, and automation deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
• Digital Procurement Strategy: Oversee the digital ecosystem supporting Source to Pay, ensuring platforms, processes, and controls work seamlessly together.
• Technology Roadmap: Partner with Digital & Technology teams to define priorities, translate business needs into system requirements, and drive technology enhancements.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate cross-functional initiatives,



monitor delivery, manage risks, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive platform adoption, process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Data, AI & Automation: Lead initiatives involving AI, process mining, benchmarking, reporting, and automation to improve decision-making and business performance.
• Team Leadership: Guide a specialized team, manage competing priorities, and foster innovation across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in areas such as project/program management, management consulting, finance, vendor management, information systems, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes and enterprise technology platforms.
