In this role, you will join an established engineering environment at Forte, collaborating across international teams to drive full-lifecycle talent acquisition strategies. You will manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines across diverse technical domains, leveraging modern sourcing technologies to identify, attract, and hire top-tier engineering talent for integral product initiatives.

As an Full Remote - Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will contribute to its success by acting as a strategic talent partner, collaborating closely with engineering managers and leadership to align talent strategies with delivery goals, fostering strong stakeholder relationships,



and upholding exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey.

Key Competencies
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition processes across diverse technical roles, from initial sourcing strategy and structured interviewing to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to refine role requirements, optimize sourcing strategies, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency and metrics.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and pipeline data within the ATS while ensuring strictly compliant, ethical, and fair recruitment practices across all international markets.

Mandatory Technical Skills
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Full Cycle Talent Acquisition Specialist or IT Sourcer within an international IT or software engineering organization.
