Purpose of the Job

The Account Assistant supports the Client Engagement team in executing projects by generating door lists, managing change requests with the client, data-entry into hub to generate PO’s & invoices, and working with suppliers to complete production orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect project requirements and manage production timelines in coordination with suppliers and the warehouse to ensure complete and on-time delivery.

• Generate door lists for production managers to build RFP’s.

• Enter and maintain project data in the internal procurement system, including purchase orders, and invoices.

• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, agencies, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

• Track project progress by obtaining updates from vendors and reporting milestones to the Client Engagement team.





• Ensure all activities comply with SLAs, contractual terms, and company policies.

• Process client invoices according to standard procedures.

• Report to the team lead for assignment updates and prioritization, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• 1+ years of experience in customer support or project coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Intermediate English (desireable).

• Basic Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies.

• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a dynamic environment.
