Position Summary/Objective:
• Lead the general analytics and decision intelligence agenda for Sourcing and Supply Planning. Serve as the business-facing product leader across supplier and factory performance, procurement and purchase-order execution, supply planning, inventory, capacity and constraints, and supply-demand balancing. Partner with global and regional business leaders, IT Data & Analytics, Product and Engineering to govern KPIs, shape GCP and ARC data products and semantic models, deliver Google Looker experiences, and develop advanced analytics, GenAI, AI-agent and scenario-planning capabilities from discovery through adoption and value realization.

Key Responsibilities:




• Own the global Sourcing and Supply Planning analytics and decision intelligence roadmap, prioritizing products and use cases by value, feasibility, data readiness and user need.

• • Serve as the primary analytics partner to global and regional Sourcing and Supply Planning leaders and translate operating decisions into product requirements, decision workflows and measurable outcomes.

• • Lead Supply Planning analytics across supply-demand balancing, inventory and deployment planning, capacity and constraint management, frozen-horizon adherence, lead times, backlog, service, reliability and exceptions.

• • Lead Sourcing analytics across supplier and factory performance, procurement, purchase-order execution, vendor OTIF, capacity, lead times, PO completeness, sourcing mix, cost, productivity, risk and corrective actions.
