Monthly base salary: MXN $27,400 gross
Annual base salary: MXN $328,800 gross
Additional compensation: Performance-based commissions under the company's compensation plan

General Trade Collective connects freight forwarders, customs brokers, trucking companies, warehouses, third-party logistics providers and other supply chain operators worldwide. Our commercial portfolio combines logistics services, membership programs, shipment visibility technology and international trade events.

We are expanding across Latin America and seeking a commercially driven sales professional based in Mexico City.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will develop client relationships, generate new business, coordinate freight quotations, negotiate approved commercial terms and close sales. You will represent GTC's available products and services across freight forwarding, GTC memberships,



ORAIQ shipment tracking and international trade show participation.

This role requires approximately three years of freight forwarding sales experience and a practical understanding of international logistics. You will work with logistics providers, importers, exporters and other supply chain stakeholders across Mexico and Latin America.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business development and sales
• Identify, prospect and acquire new customers across Mexico and Latin America.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, networking and client meetings.
• Present available GTC products and services, prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms within company approval limits.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-up dates and pipeline forecasts.
• Work toward agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Freight forwarding
• Generate ocean, air and road freight opportunities.
• Develop relations
