We are currently seeking a Go-to-Market Business Development Lead to drive our international expansion strategy and help shape the future growth of our organization.

Position Purpose
Lead the Go-to-Market strategy and execution for new international markets by defining portfolio priorities, market entry models, pricing strategies, commercial partnerships, and regulatory/legal pathways.
This role is responsible for developing robust business cases that support strategic decision-making and enable sustainable international expansion.

Key Responsibilities
• Define, together with the Business Development Manager, the Go-to-Market strategy for international markets.
• Develop and present business cases for international expansion opportunities.




• Define product portfolio strategies and pricing approaches for each target market.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of commercial partners and distributors.
• Coordinate regulatory and legal pathways required for market entry.
• Manage the execution of Go-to-Market initiatives and provide guidance to assigned Business Development Analysts.
• Monitor business performance and recommend adjustments to market entry and growth strategies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Medical-Biological Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Advanced/Fluent English (required).

Experience
• 3+ years of experience in positions such as Senior International Business Development Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, Market Access Analyst, Commercial Strategy Analyst, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
