Hyundai Mobis Mexico is seeking an experienced MIP Manager to lead Materials Planning, Inventory Control, and Production Planning activities within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities• Lead materials planning and inventory management operations to support production requirements.
• Coordinate production planning and scheduling based on customer demand.
• Ensure material availability and proactively manage shortages and escalation activities.
• Oversee cycle counting, physical inventories, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Manage capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor and improve Supply Chain and operational KPIs.
• Lead, develop, and coach operational teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.




• Minimum 5 years of experience in Materials Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Production Planning.
• Experience within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• SAP or other ERP systems
• MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
• Supply Chain Management
• Production Planning & Scheduling
• Inventory Control & Cycle Counting
• Capacity Planning
• KPI Management
• Intermediate to Advanced English.
