WHAT SHOUL YOU BRING ALONG?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales or a related.
• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong digital and technical skills, familiarity with e-commerce, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
