Carrier Sales Rep - Needed To Negotiate Hard And Cover Every Detail

You live for negotiation, but you never skip the details. A load comes in, and you're already on the phone, working at the best rate while you verify the carrier, confirm the equipment, and check every requirement. You don't need a cheerleader; you need a target, a clear process, and the freedom to hit it. You know your numbers, remember which carriers deliver, and don't settle for a bad deal. Here, every covered load is a win you can measure. If you get it right at speed, you'll love this seat.

As a Carrier Sales Representative on our Domestic team, you cover every load with a vetted, reliable carrier at the best possible cost. Your day moves fast: matching freight to trucks, negotiating rates and managing dozens of loads at once, without missing a detail. You'll build your own network of direct and repeat carriers, onboard new carriers every month through our carrier approval process, and make sure every covered load has active GPS tracking. When something doesn't look right, you flag it to Risk & Compliance.

You'll need carrier sales, dispatch, or freight brokerage experience, strong negotiation skills, load board know-how, and a sharp eye for detail.

White Star Logistics is a fast-growing logistics company based in New Jersey that has moved freight across the Mexico–U.S. border, throughout the United States, in and out of ports and rail ramps, and on complex special projects since 2015. We're on track to double our revenue in 2027, and we're growing our team by 35% to get there. That growth creates real opportunity: new seats, new responsibilities, and a clear path for high performers. We run the business on EOS, so everyone knows their seat, owns their numbers, and sees the scoreboard every week. Our culture is built on accountability, ongoing training, and protecting our customers' freight like it's our own. If you want to build something, not just fill out a job, White Star is the place.
