We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented scheduler to join our incredible team. As a Surgery Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of scheduling patients for surgery. This role will provide a high level of service in order to schedule procedures from physician according to established guidelines. Responsibilities
• Scheduling Surgical operations with excellence and care
• Provide a high level of service to patients
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriately
• Assist with medical administrative tasks including insurance verification and billing
• Obtaining pre-operative clearance and medical records
• Providing patients with directions before and after surgery.

Qualifications/ Education/ Critical Skills
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferred - but willing to train the right individual
• Good verbal and written communication skills
