About the role - What you need to know:

Collection Analyst Sr is responsible for Responsible for executing and monitoring assigned processes within their scope of control,



adhering to the corresponding supervision and ensuring the efficiency of activities related to portfolio recovery, application and refund of payments, financial reconciliations, and preparation of operational reports. Contributes to the mitigation of operational risks, the strengthening of controls, and the generation of strategic information for decision-making.

This role also include:

Operational Management
• Execute and follow up on the daily collection processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with SLAs, objectives, and the department's indicators.
• Analyze the client portfolio and identify opportunities for recovery and improvement.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous process improvement..
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Payment Application and Management
• Ensure the correct application of payments received.
