Costumer Quality Engineer

Company Description:
Automotive manufacturing company dedicated to operational excellence, top-tier product quality, and international compliance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer quality or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of 8D & Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 / Automotive experience is a plus).
• Medium - Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid U.S. Visa is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
• Coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
• Monitor quality KPIs (PPM, Scorecards).
