What You'll Do
• Perform daily cash validation and bank reconciliation activities to ensure accurate financial records.
• Review and reconcile cash transactions against bank statements, accounting systems, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare cash-related journal entries, clearing entries, and account reclassifications.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve cash discrepancies, unmatched transactions, and outstanding items.
• Monitor outstanding checks, banking exceptions, and payment-related transactions.
• Support daily cash operations, including payment validations and banking exception management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Cash Application, and Treasury teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting requirements.
