ASIO is building the autonomous business OS for Latin America’s service industry. Business owners describe their business and goals, and AI agents run ads, answer leads on WhatsApp and by voice, follow up, and book appointments. We launched a few months ago, and 1,800 users joined in the first three months.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own how ASIO shows up online, starting with LinkedIn. You’ll tell the story of what we’re building to investors, partners, and the business owners we serve.
What you’ll do
• Plan and publish posts on ASIO’s LinkedIn page, covering product releases, company milestones, and our view of the market.
• Turn product updates into short videos and visuals that show the platform working.
• Write in English and Spanish, in a clear and confident voice.
• Respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community on our channels.
• Track what performs each week and adjust based on the data.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate reposts with the founders and team so each post reaches further.
• Grow the page’s followers and engagement month over month.
What we’re looking for
• 2+ years managing social media for a startup, tech company, or B2B brand.
• Strong writing in English and Spanish.
• Comfortable editing short videos and making simple graphics (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Experience with LinkedIn analytics and content planning.
• Interest in AI, startups, and small businesses in Latin America.
• Organized, fast, and consistent. You’ll post every day.
Nice to have
• Experience with founder-led content or investor-facing communication.
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok for later expansion.
