Our Client
Is a fast-growing DTC cordless power tool brand generating approximately $1M+ in monthly revenue with an 8-figure run rate. They're a profitable, founder- and product-led company with a small, highly capable remote team across the US, UK, China, and the Philippines.
Their product team includes engineers with backgrounds at Dyson, and we have multiple new product and brand launches planned as we continue to scale.

The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager / Execution Lead who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can turn strategy and founder direction into clear plans, deadlines, and execution.

This is not a coordinator role. You’ll own cross-functional execution across product launches, marketing, creative, website builds, agencies,



and other key initiatives — keeping senior people accountable, identifying blockers early, and making sure work gets shipped on time.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and have significant ownership over how projects move from direction to execution.

What You’ll Do
• Own the launch calendar across product drops, accessory launches, content shoots, website builds, and agency deliverables.
• Manage projects end to end, with clear owners, deadlines, priorities, and status.
• Run a weekly execution scoreboard and follow up on outstanding work, blockers, and deadlines.
• Hold agencies and senior stakeholders accountable to agreed deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Translate founder direction into concise written plans, briefs, action items, and decisions.
• Coordinate across teams and time zones, including the US, UK, China, and Philippines.
• Work directly with the CEO to prioritize initiatives
