IHRE AUFGABEN
Process Specialist SMT Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overseeing all stages of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing process, ensuring optimum output and quality.
• Inspect SMT machines for functional and operational efficiency on a regular basis, performing regular maintenance and promptly resolving any issues.
• Analyze process failures and implement effective corrective actions to eliminate root causes and prevent occurring deficiencies.
• Manage and maintain accurate work instructions, process controls, and training materials regarding SMT processes.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with design and production teams to ensure the smooth operations of SMT systems.
• Perform audits to verify compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, environmental policies, and operational procedures.
• Enforce detailed reporting on all completed SMT runs, documenting any malfunctions, adjustments, or repairs made on equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, and assist in the implementation of new processes and equipment.
• Lead process qualification/validation and equipment qualification/validation activities related to SMT.
