Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Billing and Collections teams within Solera, ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and compliance with established processes and performance standards.
This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in accounts receivable operations, team supervision, and performance management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team productivity, monitoring collections and billing activities, resolving escalations, and supporting process improvements across multiple business entities in a fast-paced, transformational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management:
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of a team of 10–25 Billing and Collections representatives, ensuring appropriate workload distribution, productivity, and accountability.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training,



and performance feedback to develop team capabilities and improve individual and overall team performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, quality assessments, and monthly employee scorecards, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
• Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, workload distribution, and productivity to ensure adequate operational coverage and efficient resource utilization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.

Billing & Collections Operations:
• Oversee daily Billing and Collections activities, ensuring timely invoice processing, accurate account management, and effective follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Monitor collections activities, including customer outreach, payment commitments, past-due balances, and account escalations, to support monthly cash collection targets.
