The Commercial Advanced Technology Solutions Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth, market expansion, and strategic customer engagement for the Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) portfolio across Mexico. This role serves as the primary commercial interface between customers, channel partners, system integrators, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop business strategies, and expand adoption of ATS solutions.
The position combines business development, strategic account management, market intelligence, channel leadership, commercial negotiations, and sales strategy execution to accelerate growth throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Key industries include agricultural equipment, construction equipment, automotive, metal fabrication, heavy manufacturing, and cladding.
The Commercial Advanced Technology Solutions Manager works closely with major end users, partners, regional sales teams, product management, and the Technical ATS Manager to develop market opportunities, build a strong project pipeline, secure strategic business,



and maximize customer value through innovative automation and digital manufacturing solutions. The Commercial ATS Manager Mexico reports to the VP ATS NAM.

• Develop and execute commercial growth strategies for the ATS portfolio throughout Mexico.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries and strategic accounts.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing opportunities.
• Drive market penetration and expansion through direct engagement with customers, distributors, channel partners, and system integrators.
• Develop territory and account growth plans aligned with regional and general ATS objectives.
• Identify emerging market trends, competitive developments, and growth opportunities to support business planning.
