About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Analyst to join our team and support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of influencer marketing campaigns across Spanish-speaking Americas (SSA). This role is adecuado for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about gaming, creator culture, and digital marketing.

You will work closely with Influencer Marketing Leads, as well as the Social Media, Community, PR, Paid Media, CRM,



and Client Services teams to identify opportunities, build strong creator relationships, and ensure the successful execution of influencer campaigns across SSA markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and recommend content creators based on each campaign’s objectives, target audience, and brand fit across SSA markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and strategic partners throughout Spanish-speaking Latin America.
• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, briefing, content approvals, campaign execution, and follow-up.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
• Maintain influencer databases, creator profiles, pricing information, campaign history, and internal documentation.
