Role: Senior Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant (Mexico Localization)

? About the Role
Are you a seasoned Oracle EBS Expert with deep expertise in Finance Modules and Mexican Statutory & Tax Compliance? We are looking for an Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to handle L2/L3 support, manage key customer engagements, and ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements (CFDI, SAT, Withholding Tax).

? Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support & Engagement: Act as the primary technical/functional point of contact for day-to-day operations, delivering L2/L3 support for Oracle EBS Finance and driving P1 resolution under strict SLAs.
• Mexico Localization & Compliance: Drive compliance with SAT and Mexican fiscal regulations, including CFDI electronic invoicing, withholding tax configurations, and statutory reporting. Support month-end and year-end financial closures.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and mentor junior consultants,



coordinate with business users, Oracle Support, and third-party vendors for patch management, enhancements, and integration fixes.
• Documentation & Process: Maintain SOPs, Known Error Databases (KEDB), Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and functional/technical specifications.

? What We Are Looking For
• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Finance techno-functional roles.
• Core Modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Purchasing, Project Accounting, iExpense, iReceivables, iSupplier.
• Localization Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Mexico fiscal requirements (CFDI, SAT, Tax Rules, Statutory Reports).
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Unix Shell Scripting, and debugging custom/seeded concurrent programs. (Exposure to SOA, Web Services, or Bank Integrations is a plus).
