You will manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closure, while building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
As a Key Account Manager , you'll be responsible for:
Qualifying customer accounts and assessing operational, logistics, quality, and procurement needs to identify business opportunities.
Managing the complete sales process from discovery and opportunity development through proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing.
Developing, owning,



and executing a strategic sales plan aligned with assigned revenue targets within the Food C&I; market in Mexico.
Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline with opportunities valued at a minimum of three times the assigned revenue target.
Collaborating with technical support and cross-functional teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
Delivering technical and commercial presentations that clearly communicate value propositions and business outcomes.
Forecasting sales performance and providing regular updates on pipeline activity and revenue projections.
Leveraging CRM tools and sales analytics to manage opportunities and improve sales effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven success in quota-carrying sales roles.
Strong experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
English fluency, both written
