Lead the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy for the Celaya–Villagrán Manufacturing Complex, including four manufacturing plants, the Aftermarket business, and the Dallas 3PL operation. Responsible for delivering operational excellence, customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, cost efficiency, and business continuity while aligning local execution with DAUCH’s regional and global Supply Chain strategy.



This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to drive transformation, build organizational capabilities, and achieve sustainable business results.

Reports to: Site Manager, Celaya-Villagrán
Dotted-line reporting to: Head of Supply Chain Mexico

Key Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the end-to-end Supply Chain organization across the Celaya–Villagrán Manufacturing Complex, driving alignment with DAUCH's regional and general Supply Chain strategy while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, inventory optimization, and sustainable business performance.
