Role Description
Engagement Delivery Senior Managers (Senior Project Managers) are responsible for overseeing our teams to drive successful customer outcomes with our implementations. They manage and run more complex, enterprise and strategic projects.
Our Project Managers actively lead and participate in client management, project execution and control, scoping, contract reviews, knowledge transfer, and budget management.
Your Impact
• Serve as the overall leader of the project team. Show excellent leadership by forming the team, ensuring strong communication channels, and giving clarity, motivation and direction to the team throughout the engagement.
• Be the primary customer interface. Perform project management activities that ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology, project gates and governance.
• Build and lead project plans. Supervise and review project progress and timelines, adjust schedules and plans as needed, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. Identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Drive teams through the software engineering experience using Agile and demonstrated analytical and technical skills.
