How can you make an impact?

The direct sales specialist owns McGraw Hill’s sales budget for assigned territory across the region. This role will be responsible for the overall sales and performance of the territory. A direct sales specialist must liaise with regional stakeholders to drive sales growth with a particular focus on new business, cross-sell and upsell activity. Direct sales specialists are experienced communicators who are highly organized, data-driven, and can quickly learn and leverage new technologies to maximize the impact of McGraw Hill solutions on educators and learners. The idóneo candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit – is willing to seek out,



engage and close business all while working in a dynamic and complex environment. Intellectual curiosity and an appreciation for educational institutions are keys to success in this role.

What can you expect from the position?

• Identify business opportunities on potential customers and follow up with relevant professional development services to them

• Initiative to implement strategies to grow revenue through new/existing businesses development
