You'll Support Meaningful Work By:




• Preparing payroll-related journal entries and general ledger transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Analyzing payroll financial data and supporting month-end and year-end close activities.
• Performing reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborating with payroll, accounting, and business partners to support financial processes.
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting audit requests.
• Supporting pension and actuarial accounting activities.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, payroll accounting, financial reporting, or general ledger activities.
• Experience preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Advanced English prof
