About the role
A signed contract is where the real work starts. Every Mexican hospital,



insurer or clinic chain we sign needs a deployment plan, clinical configuration that matches its specialties and protocols, physicians who adopt the product by choice, and a readout that proves the value the client was promised. The AI Deployment Strategist owns all of it. You lead deployment for Telepatia in Mexico. You design the implementation playbook for the country, lead each site from kickoff to Ready for Use and adoption, manage the Onboarding Specialists on the ground, and sit with medical directors and operations leaders as their counterpart. You work hand in hand with the Country Manager, the integral Medicine and Deployment teams, product and engineering. Core skills:
