Role Description
Engagement Delivery Managers (Project Managers) are responsible for leading project teams to drive successful customer outcomes with our implementations. They manage and run medium-to-complex projects and actively take part in client management,



project execution and control, scoping, contract reviews, knowledge transfer, and budget management.

Your Impact
• Lead the project team. Show strong leadership by forming the team, keeping communication channels clear, and giving the team clarity, motivation and direction throughout the engagement.
• Act as the primary customer interface. Run project management activities that ensure adherence to Salesforce methodology, project gates and governance.
• Build and lead project plans. Monitor progress and timelines, adjust schedules and plans as needed, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Guide teams through the software delivery lifecycle using Agile, applying analytical and technical skills.
• Oversee utilization of project resources in line with resource allocation and budget, including timely timesheet entry and approvals.
